A Prepared People #103

Hey everyone, This will be one of the last emails I'll write on my mission. I want to share some of the miracles we have seen in Baruun Urt thus far. Last Wednesday we made some calls to people who had solicited interest in Jesus Christ. 2 of them agreed to meet at the town square (since we have no church building). The first lady Byumbaa showed up and was super interested and the second she left the second lady - also super interested - named mungun tuul showed up. It's really cold outside though... As I'm teaching these lessons my toes are freezing, my nose is gonna fall off, and my mouth struggles against the cold to pronounce the words. haha it's pretty comical not having a warm place to teach about Jesus Christ. Anyway we called President Kunz to share the success of having found 10 people and many more friends. So he sent an email to the Asia North Area President with pictures of the people we are meeting to request that we begin looking for a church building. Today as Elder Talich and I were walking the road we saw the Church Facilities Manager for Mongolia driving here in Baruun Urt (a day long drive from the capital city). Looks like Baruun Urt may get a spot for church in the near future. In not having a building we have no capacity to host sacrament. We have a small and humble sacrament meeting with Brother Osgon. In the confines of a cozy ger (yurt) we break bread to remembrance of His life, death, and resurrection. The Lord is hastening his work. The spirit of his life and love are being received by many.
