Enkhbat and Esuntumurs baptism #62

Hello! How are you all doing? How's life treating you? I hope all is well at home! It's been a great in Enkhtaivan to say the least. God has abundantly provided friends to teach! Esuntumur and Enkhbat were baptized last Friday and Saturday! (Many more on the way!!) Esuntumur (8 years old) is a grandson of a less active family! His baptism has been reactivating his whole family, so it's been really exiting! Enkhbat (42 year old father of 3) said this at his baptismal testimony... "1982 November in Ulaanbaatar I was born, 42 years later, today Janurary 18 2024... in the grace of Christ, I am born again". It's my privilege to serve Christ and my fellow man in Mongolia. I love getting up early, and working like there's no tomorrow to laugh with, joke, mourn, rejoice, sing with, and share the good news of Christ with as many people as possible. Spiritual thought: George MacDonald gave a phenomenal sermon on the "Beatitudes" titled the "heirs or heaven and earth". He writes "two men are walking abroad together; to the one, the world yields thought after thought of delight; he sees heaven and earth embrace one another; he feels an indescribable presence over and in them; his joy afterward, in the solitude of his chamber, break out into song..." he then goes on to describe the other man who receives earth as no gift from God, who broods on how to turn much into more, and who allows no warmth from God to enter into his soul. To enjoy the moment, receive the earth and life as a glad child of God is a thing of bliss. If we shall receive this life with gratitude and love of God, we might also have the opportunity to receive his gifts above. I feel God's goodness in every step I take. The fire of his love burns in my chest, inspiring me to smile, uplift, and share His great gospel. If you every feel alone, know that the light of God's divine love can illuminate the darkest of places. He's there and He loves you. Love you guys 🙌 ❤️ Elder Bateman
