Mission Tour #45

Hey, This week was fire. We had a mission tour where we heared from Elder and Sister Esplin. Ate dinner with my bro-in-law Christopher Fitzgerald's mission trainee who is native mongolian! We did a ward party were we made horhog, meat cooked with hot rocks! So greatful to have this time in Mongolia... Where 100% of time is devoted to trying to follow our savior Jesus Christ. It's a special set apart time I'll never get to have again. Spiritual thought Elder Esplin said somthing that stuck out to me... "our life's pursuit as Christians is to become pure and like the savior". As members of his Chrurch, we do this through constant repentant prayer. We plead with our Father in heaven and his Son Jesus Christ to help us overcome the natural man... and become a saint through the atonement. In return we are "filled with the love of God" - mosiah 4:12 I know that devotion to duty and love of God fills life with goodness. And when full of love for God, we will share love to all his children. God is good, he is merciful, he is just, he is full of grace. God is love. Elder Bateman *love to hear from yall back home
