Mothers and Smiles #26

 Hey Everyone,

My companion and I make a effort to smile and say hi to everyone on the street. 

This week, a lady walked into the church and said "I want a lesson... You guys say hi to me and smile everytime I see you... I want to know what you are about". 

Due to unforseen circumstances, we are baptizing one of our investigators in a few hours. 

Spiritual thought: Mothers (from my talk in church)

As Christ hung on the cross in agony he cried out to his mother and disciple standing by. 

"Behold thy son... (then to his disciple) Behold thy mother!" 

Even as he died on the cross, he made sure his mother was taken care of. 

To be a mother is truly a divine calling. The duty of nurturing human life is of the most sacred nature. 

I am greatful for my mother. She has raised 6 children with love, and shown them joy. She is greatest mom I could have asked God for.
